Did Olivia pull Peter back in to existence?

Could it be that because of the cortexifan enhancing Olivia's empathic nature, she actually, subconciuously, caused Peter to materialize in this timeline? Peter's energy appeared to her, maybe that's the power of cortexifan.

I'd love to think that Olivia was involved in Peter's eventual rematerialzation, even in the slightest bit, but I think she had help from the others--Walter, Astrid, etc. Even without knowing what it was they were missing, they still felt as though something was very wrong with the world without Peter. I also think that September also played a significant role in Peter's return, and not just the fact that he refused to use the device to erase him completely. I do think he is becominig something like August who grew to learn what "love" is all about. And during the discussion between Peter & September in this last episode... it makes me think that September also feels an emotional attachment to Peter, even if he doesn't understand what human emotions really are any more.

It would seem that it was a two-way effort; that is, the bonds on both sides were carried over in the rewrite, allowing Peter to persist.

After the rewrite, both parties got closer together; although what actually brought Peter back physically was Cameron James trying to alter "Peter's" EM field near a power station (which Olivia interrupted, forcing Peter into material existence).

The Observers said as well; not by quote but reference. That September had not followed his instructions to erase the lingering traces of Peter Bishop from this timeline. December even Pondered if September is the one who was responsible for Peter Bishops return. Only September could answer this says December. December states September continued intervene with the boy despite all warnings and has been given every chance. When he surfaces he would have to face the consequences.

Ironically the Bell rings as their meeting takes place. Could September be the true source to Peters return or part of. Did September realize how much his friends and family loved him as well as September. September explains later to Peter but since September doesn't know how to show feelings and emotions as humans do. I wonder how much involvement he played into this.
