I posted this as an insignificant mini-conversation in the fan fiction intro thingy I wrote and posted last night, but it got me wondering in relevance to the actual show: Since Jones has the retrieval device, and by his obviously brilliant mind I'm sure knows how to use it or can figure it out, will Jones save Loeb in the same way Loeb saved him? Does "my people are loyal to the end" actually mean anything at all, or was Loeb Jones' tool that he can now throw away. Or maybe Jones will just have Loeb put down if there's important information that could be exposed. What do you think?
