How to make signatures?

I'm new to design, and wanted to know how to make signatures. I have a basic one in mind: just a black rectangle, with either the words MASSIVE DYNAMIC or FRINGE SCIENCE in it, and then two of the six-fingered hands to the sides.

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to do this? Much appreciated! :happy15:

I am not so sure, if I can explain, how I would do it, but I gave it a try and if you like the banner you are free to use it. :) I would say you should google banner making and maybe blending...

to put the banner in your sig you need the url, which you can get if you rightclick on the banner and select Properties.
