Is Boston alright now?

I wonder if there are multiple universes since they are all dictated by choice, as walter mentioned. Seeing the WTC intact and the NYC skyline looking fine, could Boston be fine now? I know they're not quite near (but not quite far either), but remember Alter-Charlie (w/ the scar) telling olivia that, "half of Boston is under quarantine." Could it have been changed since Olivia saved her flaming friend?

So "here is here..." Are they talking about Bell or maybe John Scott? Hmm...

It was the alter-reality so the twins died at the same place & time, so the quarantine would probably still be in place.

I feel it in my waters that John Scott will be back. I don't care if Mark Valley now has another show, I honestly think we will see him in some form at some point. After all, only one of him was in a car accident, who knows, maybe he and Olivia have 5 kids and live on a farm in the other dimension, lol.
