Welcome to the Nomination phase of the Fringe-Forum Member Awards 2008/09!


Thanks for your suggestions (http://fringe-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3322) - listed below are the categories the staff team has chosen. For this phase of the FF Member Awards 08/09, you can nominate a maximum of TWO of your fellow members for each of the awards below:

Please ensure that you vote for the members who you genuinely believe deserve each award and not necessarily your friends (although you're welcome to vote for whoever you like). ;)

All nominations will be anonymous. Please cast your nominations via PM to Moderator Arctic Fox (http://fringe-forum.com/forums/private.php?do=newpm&u=769). (please ensure that your nominations/members are clearly listed in your PM, to avoid confusion)

You may nominate up until 5PM (EST) Friday 12 June, 2009 - after which all nominations will be counted and the two or more members in each category with the most nominations will be placed into a poll for final phase voting.

All winning members receive the acclaim of winning a prestigious award category in our first member awards as well as receiving a Member Award Medal to go in their profile and postbit.

Remember this is all in good fun - it's just a nice way to round off the 'year' as a community before we ramp up for S2!:happy15:

^Depending on what part of Europe you're in. but 11PM would be for anyone in central Europe, 10PM in GMT and 12AM in Eastern Europe.

Just a quick update on this, since a couple of you have PM'd me with questions:

All of the polls will go live on the site tomorrow AM. Out of all the nominations, the top TWO (or more) nominated forumers in each category will go into the final award polls. These polls will remain open for 3 days (so we'll extend the event date by a few hours and they will close on Thursday morning) for members to vote. After which time the winners (those with the most votes in the polls) will be confirmed and they will no doubt go down in FF history. (medals will also be handed out).
