1. Amy Jessup - Although only seen once or twice (I forget if she turned up in 2.02 or 2.03), she is a memorable character. She helped catch the shapeshifter in the S2 premiere and was even given information on the Fringe Division. She likes to quote Shakespeare, and says that she has been waiting to be involved in the Fringe Division her whole life. Despite that though, she has been absent for most of Season 2.

2. Dr. James Carson - While not a very influential character, he seemed to be involved in Massive Dynamic experiments. He is from 2.07 Of Human Action, and the father of Tyler Carson, the 15-year old mind-controlling manipulator who caused a lot of trouble for the Fringe team.
