So I've been re-watching all of Fringe so far (cough * http://fringe-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6618 * cough), and there's one thing from "Peter" that was interesting.
Peter seemed to know Walter wasn't his father (Walternate). How?
There are only 2 explanations.
1. He's a smart kid. He deducted it from Walter's strange behaviour... but seriously, is this possible? He's around 7. Walter looks exactly the same as Walternate. How could he have possibly known? And that leaves us with the only other explanation.
2. Peter could also identify objects from the other side. Meaning, he was also experimented on as a kid. (There are other "proofs" to back up this theory, the "magic touch" etc).
So, what do you think?
