Ok we have the scene where Olivia, with the help of the Tank, enters John's mind. There he sees her uncles's Kayak (with the Zeno word and the Alpha symbol).
Also he sees the "He is not Dead" phrase.
Can this mean that her uncle is Alive and John knows him?
Can her uncle be someone important?

I am going to say yes because somewhere a little while back I created a thread about "Kayak Themology"
---You see in the alternate universe there is a print-photo-picture of a Kayak haning in Walternates house ("Peter") ---It may be that the Bishops are equanted with the Dunhams and Olivia just doesn't know it--or it is only true for the alternate...
Then on top of that Walter needed to hear "row row row your boat" in order to be able to fall asleep as his inmates use to sing it to him.
Row Row Row your boat is often considered a metaphor for one's ability to have free will or control over one's life...
However, IMO I believe the poem does not offer enough information to make that belief a fact as we have NO information on what is the state of the rower, and the enviroment in which the rower rows (water/atmosphere/animals/ect)...so like with the plot of FRINGE, a rower may be rowing against the odds...
Also IMO Kayaks are symmetrical and may also then represent the need for balance with in [the duality] of nature.
Also I never could figure out why Northwest Passage" was titled that, because the actual northwest passage is a water route through the artic oceans through the Canadian Artic Archipelago--There is a history of viking use and of course Cortes had used it to get to South America--but maybe thematicly it is suppose to represent the path to get somewhere important?????????????
