In the WTC office, there were two gold paintings on the wall behind Bell. Every once in a while, you could see mathematical formulas in yellow on the darker background.
I knew the glyph would be "fears" from the E... Anyone noticed any clues about the next episode's name? They usually have something....

I thought the flash at Olivia's home from a fall scene (the flowers and their color) to the Christmas scene was representative of the change from a time when Olivia's father was alive to when her step-father came into the picture. That was who chased then out of the house. It was Olivia's fear manifesting.
I also guess that the flash to Christmas and Olivia's "Oh, no" probably means her dad died around Christmas and her mother took up with her stepfather around that time. One moment her father and mother were sitting at the table and the next they were gone and the Christmas scene appeared and her stepfather walked in. Maybe the red and green represents a danger alert for the next episode as well.
I watched the scene with the child Olivia a few times. I don't have the technology to upload images but somebody else probably will. Young Olivia is wearing a pink sweater over a red patterned dress and is sitting. On her left is a glass half full of red liquid on a yellow cup or a yellow plate of some sort. On her right is a golden vase full of deep red and deep gold flowers -- possibly chrysanthemums. There's no blue at all in that scene. Sitting at the table are her parents, a woman with long blonde hair and a man with a buzz cut. To THEIR left is a vase full of ORANGE flowers. It could be they're meant to be gold. Then the scene flashes to Christmas -- red and green -- and the stepfather walks in, dressed in blue. Going by the credits, the child Olivia is played by the same young actress who played her in Jacksonville, a little girl called Ada something. She's grown up quite a bit in a year.
And yes, there is a lot of green in the final scene with Peter and Olivia. Green apples in a bowl and I think other green things against a monotone backdrop. Ominous?
On Easter Egg front, I am not sure but for Lost fans was the whiskey Bell drank the infamous McCutcheon whiskey? Looked like same red label. Appears in Bells office right close to screen and looked similar but was animated so who knows
The Observer seems to show up on a film poster in the street scene when Walter and Peter first appear. He seems to be laughing and the poster says "Music."
I noticed when young Olivia transformed to Adult Olivia , the first Olivia was wearing black or dark blue blouse , but the one which Bell told her to take over was wearing red blouse .
in s2 finale , bell was with Olivia but after the bomb he was with Fauxlivia .
any thoughts ?
I like this... a lot, because the very last thing that Olivia said, "Yeah, I don't know, I've never seen him before... but I think he's going to be the man that kills me" obviously did not sound like something Olivia would say or atleast suggested to me that her mind/conscience isn't completely back.
