OMG! I seriously thought that the thermometer was the clue...but I wasnt sure what part of it..there were several things written on it that were potential 'clues' before seeing the episode. Great job awakemiddream!!
So...if ZFT is labeled on a thermometer...then could ZFT have a possible relation to the medicine field so to speak...The little "W" looking icon followed by the world 'inco' (i think?) eerily reminds me of Massive Dynamic..hmm.
Haha, this is kind of stretching it though. Just an idea.![]()
Because what you see really depends on what you're looking for.
Great find! Well done. Gutted though cos I had googled that thermometer but when I found out it was a real thing I didnt bother googling anything else on it. silly meWhich yeah goes to show that we have to investigate everything to do with everything we see in Fringe. Awesome, just awesome

I've only recently started watching this show and love it!
Anyway in Holly's diner there is a picture of a five masted ship on the wall in the background and I thought that's odd as didn't think there were ships with five masts, so googled it and low and behold it was the only one of its kind -
The Preußen was a German steel-hulled five masted ship-rigged windjammer built in 1902 for the famous F. Laeisz shipping company and named after the German state and kingdom of Prussia. It was the only ship of this class with five masts having carried six sails on each mast within the world merchant fleet.

So I'm guessing that was the clue regarding Germany in the next episode.
Off to hunt some more!
