Default A Shameless Twist (What could it possibly be?)

I've posted these anagrams elsewhere and I hope that we learn their true meaning tonight.

Of course, there is the famous "A Demon's Twist Rusts" which equals "Don't trust Sam Weiss". Based on his behavior in last week's episode, I'm beginning to think Sam is genuinely concerned for the survival of blue universe--maybe both universes--and wants to help. So maybe the mysterious Sam Weiss isn't untrustworthy because he has ulterior motives, but because he himself has been duped by someone. The even more mysterious Mr. X, perhaps? Or the First People? (I'm not so certain Sam is one of the First People--I think he may be a vessel for or a descendant of one. Maybe there's some sort of shared consciousness or race memory happening with Sam.)

There there is the Violet Sedan Chair Song "Last Man in Space" which equals "Enact Sam's Plan". The song lyrics are very haunting...lonely. I think Sam has been alone for a very long time and desperately seeks a change. Or wants to go "home". The fact that Sam wore a VSC t-shirt in an episode makes me think that the song lyrics may explain a lot about Sam, The First People, and his/their motivations. I'm anxious to listen to the song again after tonight's episode to see if any hidden clues suddenly come to light.

And finally, the one that perplexes me--even worries me--most is the very title of tonight's Fringe episode, "The Last Sam Weiss" which can be twisted (Ha! See what I did there?) into "A Shameless Twist". That's the only anagram that, in my opinion, truly hints at something sinister.

Has anyone else interpreted these anagrams in a new way based on what we've seen of Sam both last season and during his brief appearances this season?

As much as I love September and The Observers, I feel that we learn a bit more about them with each major appearance they make. Layers get peeled back, helping us to understand them more. Weiss, however, is completely shrouded in mystery and I am at a loss for pinning down any theories regarding his true nature. I suspect that he's a good person...

...but maybe that's exactly what he wants me to believe!

Default Last Man in Space lyrics

For those interested in trying to solve the puzzle before tonight's episode airs:

I think I got all of these ones. I’m not too sure about the pillow line, but meh.

Last Man In Space -Violet Sedan Chair

    Little lost world, final mission,
18 light years in position now,
The summers back home were getting colder,
Thinking about you and you’re so much older now,
It’s a pretty long way back to somewhere,
Forget all those dreams, there’s no one out there now.

It’s a shame you got left behind, follow the sound,
It’s a shame there’s no gravity holding you down,
It’s a shame you had to leave me here, I don’t wanna die,
It’s a shame that the end of time, to leave my only world behind.

I guess it all ends here like it started,
Another big bang and we’re broken hearted now,
At the end of this endless road,
I will pull the trigger on this violent pillow now,
Cause when the whole thing’s gone without a trace,
Are you the last man in space?

It’s a shame you got left behind, follow the sound,
It’s a shame there’s no gravity holding you down,
It’s a shame you had to leave me here, I don’t wanna die,
It’s a shame that the end of time, to leave my only world behind.

It’s a shame you got left behind, follow the sound,
It’s a shame there’s no gravity holding you down,
It’s a shame you had to leave me here, I don’t wanna die,
It’s a shame that the end of time, to leave my only world behind.

There's an "i" in "Last man in space", but not in "enact sam's plan".
Whichever Olivia he chooses... her universe will survive.
He still has feelings for her.

I did notice that, but I figured it was so close, that it had to be an intentional clue, despite being an imperfect anagram. I've seen that before.

Not pillow, "payload"... another term for an explosive.

Thank you for posting the anagrams here, so cool.

I'm seriously inarticulate right now, still trying to process everything that happened, but yeah thanks again.

Due to the episode title, I had assumed that Sam was going to die in this episode. But I guess it just refers to the fact that he is the last Sam Weiss that will be needed. It does seem like either he or one of the other Sam Weiss' may have been manipulated.

What is the meaning of Sam being in New York at the end, after Broyles said he was not going to go with the team. How did he get there?
