What Are You Reading?

I have a LOT of reading for school to complete by the end of the week. Psychology textbooks mostly, and a few articles.

After that I will be starting the first book of the "Twilight" series. My friend, who has never been "into" any sort of fantasy, scifi, or anything else of the nerdy or cult variety, is completely obsessed. She can't wait to discuss the books with me. So I need to get on that.

I, too, have quite a bit of school work right now (mainly anatomy & physiology), but I'll be starting the "Twilight" series as well. My best friend is super obsessed with it and talked me into getting the first book. Like your friend, she can't wait to discuss these books with me. She's given me the premise of the series and it sounded good enough for me to give it a try. Let me know what you think of it!

Right now I'm stuck doing a bit of reading for school.

I am just about to finished Night by Elie Wiesel for my Human Rights Project in Global. I think its a fantastic and short read on the Holocaust.

For English I'm reading The Count of Monte Cristo. Its at least holding my attention much better than Great Expectations.

Also, for Principals of Engineering, I'm currently reading The New Way Things Work. Its not required, but I am the only girl in a class of 16. (Five of the boys are named Mike.) I am flat out determined to crush them all in that class.

I am now reading Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy as assigned by one of my classes. I am not enjoying it.

I'm rereading a book on the Black Plague called 'The Black Death' . Its very well done. Not fiction, just a documentation of sorts about the Black Plague...I want to go into forensics
