Peter gets my vote. He went the "extra mile" to get the job done so that Olivia could get Esterbrook. Walter contributed, but his scientific contributions are regular episode occurrences at this point.
This is something my team and I do on one of my other sites, so I thought I'd give it a go here. Basically after each episode seperate hero and villain of the week threads will be posted along with a poll for you to vote for the character that you think was the hero/villain of the week (the episode). It's a good way to get feedback on a characters arc over the course of the season.
You're free to base your voting on whatever criteria you wish, however the real purpose of this thread/poll is to vote for who you think was truely heroic in 'this' episode, regardless of their actions in past episodes and irrespective of whether or not you particularly 'like' this character.Feel free to just vote, or offer an explanation to accompany your vote if you wish.
This is the HERO of the week thread
Walter Bishop
The crazy genius was less active in this episode, but he was able to acertain the nature of INtREPUS' radioactive capsules and develop an antidote which ultimately saved the life of Emily Kramer.
Peter Bishop
He seemingly put his own neck on the line for Olivia by making a deal with Nina Sharp for the whereabouts of INtREPUS' secret research facility. This information enabled Olivia to put an end to David Esterbrook's unethical research and save the life of Emily Kramer
Olivia Dunham
She fought through her demons and was able to deliver the antidote to Emily Kramer, which ultimately saved her life. She also stood firm in the face of blatent corruption and put David Esterbrook behind bars. By hook or by crook, Olivia made things 'happen' in this episode.
Other
Other candidates up for consideration might be Nina Sharp for giving Peter the dirt on INtREPUS, the Holly's Diner patrons or Claire Williams and Emily Kramer for being so brave.

Olivia gets my vote - she carried most of the episode and despite her sniping I still warmed to her.
I want to vote for Peter, but I can't help think that his deal with Nina was self serving to some degree.![]()
I don't think it was self serving at all personally ( c'mon Roco, you know me, you knew I'd do this) so Peter gets my vote. Definetly.
