Yes I thought it was Walter flying through the window too...but it seems unlikely since he won't be leaving the lab for a while.
Where can I find the clip?

Awesome! Is that footage of September a new clip? I seem to remember him saying that line before, but I definitely don't recognize the scene.
Also, the first scene where Peter disappears before kissing Olivia and the scene with September kind of looks to me like they've got that slightly blurred effect on them that they tend to use in episodes that take place in the past. Any chance the observers take a quick trip back through recent time to make sure that Peter is "neither here nor there"...?
