I noticed it in the opening scene on the photo victim number one was looking at in his wallet of him as a young boy (photo boy's body was black and white, with green behind him), and also if you look on the wall the photos of young men in the scene of all the happy people, it looks like the green contrast was upped on photos of young men, vs the other photos of old men, and other women and girls.
I'm thinking that green has to do with baby Henry. The hospital room at the end of Immortality was all in green. There's been lots of green on the walls in the rooms on the other side too at various places.
