The crayon drawing I referred to was in The Day We Died. It was given to Peter and Olivia by a neighbor girl who said she wanted to babysit their child when they had one, because they were talking about the idea of having a baby in the horrible times they lived in - 2026. The picture showed Peter and Olivia on either side of a child with shoulder-length red hair. The child is only holding Peter's hand, not Olivia's. At first glance we would assume that the child is a girl because of the long hair, but the body has enough ambiguity for it to be a boy or a girl, and if you think of baby Henry being Bolivia's child, then he would have red hair. He also looks like he could be between the ages of 10 to 15.
I definitely don't think that they will revert to the original timeline. I think that would be dumb. But they just made the baby seem way too important to just be erased from the show. I have no idea how they would explain bringing him back, but I think they will.
Like I said before, Henry's blood was in Walternate's machine, so he's attached to the machine and through some sort of quantum entanglement, he could have been trapped like Peter. When William Bell used the Soul Magnet to take over Olivia's body, Walter explained that since matter can neither be created or destroyed, the soul must live on somewhere. It's possible they may bring him back in that type of way, or maybe - and i know all these ideas are pretty out there - maybe Bolivia will just become pregnant without explanation, OR Peter could knock her up again??? With the whole time loop thing it seems like everything that happened before will still happen in this reality, but in a different way. any thoughts?

"All this has happened before, and all this will happen again..."
Thanks for the clarification I'll have to go back and watch the episode again. I don't see Peter getting together with Bolivia he would know it wasn't "his" Olivia, Bolivia with Lincoln yes I can see that. Henry is an unknown element in this time line. I do see the producers having Olivia step aside because of a child he conceived with Bolivia though.
I've always seen Peter destined for an 'Olivia'. ie. if he grew up in the red universe, Bolivia, if in the blue Olivia. I think that he is destined for at least one of them, and the fact about Henry hints at the fact that he could have ended up with Bolivia if things were slightly different
That girl is the child the neighbor imagined for Peter and Olivia.
Whichever Olivia he chooses... her universe will survive.
He still has feelings for her.
He imagined a girl, I highly doubt she is a reference to a return from the child Henry.
