Definitely looks like the Statue of Liberty but it looks like it has wire wrapped around it...? Like the kind used in electronics.

After looking at the HD screengrab I would say that it looks like Electric Wiring or Amber covering the mini green Statue of Liberty.
But you know the whole suggestive thing. When someone tells you that if you look at a picture a certain way you will see an elephant; or pointing out shapes in clouds. You are far more likely to see what they saw or told you to see if you set out with that thought in mind intent on finding the elephant.

That said, I think it might be a Foreshadowing Easteregg.

Seeing that it is the Blueverse Statue of Liberty and that's where the Bridge Room is. Maybe there is going to be some sort of massive Fringe event at Liberty Island having to do with the Bridge Room.

I do not understand it either, unless maybe it means "still life". Can't remember where I read this, but someone mentioned how predominant flowers were in Truss's ex-wife's apartment and then we see he is an avid gardener. Also, if we were supposed to notice a "still" that the writer's created, could it be when Olivia and Lincoln were in Nina's office, they focused on Olivia's reflection in the glass with the machine on the other side. Why were they in that office as opposed to the other office Nina has?

Perhaps "still" refers to still photographs. could someone get a screen cap of the still photos on Nina's desk when it is revealed that Olivia and Rachel were adopted by Nina? Perhaps there is a clue there?

For us older Fringe-philes, when Truss and the shapeshifter get gas, the station is named "Newhart Gas", which is a clever little reference to "The Newhart Show" in which Bob Newhart ran an inn in VERMONT.
