A firm three and a half stars out of five this episode. Slower in pace yet enough mythology development to keep me glued to the screen .

John Noble takes the Slusho home for quality 'Walter-ness' and Joshua Jackson's matter-of-factly 'I-don't-give-a-sh*t' demeanor makes me laugh in the presence of a rather stuffed shirt and somewhat paranoid Fringe Division Good stuff. Oh yes... they don't know what an Observer is...! More to come.

I gave it an 8/10. It was awesome to see Peter back, I've missed him! I agree, episode felt a little slower like Moviemath said, but Peter's smug bad@assness totally made up for that. Of course, the end scene with Walter and Peter broke my heart!!! Aww Walter, tormenting yourself. Your son us back, man! Time to smile some more.

It was just me banging me head against a wall wondering why they are bringing up even more plots when the existing ones have not been answered. The only character I give a crap about now is Peter (who previously was not high on my radar), all the others were killed off by the machine and replaced. Also I did not think that the main antagonist in this episode could act very well.

I gave it a 7. It was a good episode but it made me feel a bit sad, because these aren't the people I thought they were.

    I really loved this episode.
The fact that walter does not believe he deserves a second chance is so powerful to me and to the mythology of the show.
Really fantastic acting by John Noble when he was shy around peter.
When he touched his face and still would not accept peter...JUST AMAZING ACTING!

I'm giving it a 7. I wasn't that impressed, but that might have something to do with the fact that I had to wait 2 weeks for this to finally air. The pacing was slow and I kept on waiting for a big reveal, but I think a lot of that came towards the end of the episode. Still, it wasn't bad, and I think they did give us a lot of things to build on. I'm expecting next week to be better.
