Addendum to Forum Rules

To All Members of the Fringe Forum:

In light of recent occurrences across the board, we would like to take a moment to remind everyone of the Rules of the Forum and general member conduct.

Please read through the following instances in the Rules that we would like to stress at this time:

-Respect: You must respect fellow members at all times.

-Baiting/Flaming/Trolling/Bashing: In order to participate on our boards, you must respect fellow posters and all members of staff here at Fringe-Forum.com. We encourage strong debate and firm opinions - we do not expect everyone to agree on everything, however there is a way to go about things if you have a difference of opinion with someone. If you personally insult, attack, or taunt other members then you will likely be dealt with appropriately. Insulting, abusing or generally being difficult to staff will get you suspended or banned.

**Please bear in mind that Administrators and Moderators have the authority to move, close, edit and moderate threads at any time in accordance with our site policies.

In recent days, many members have verbally voiced their malcontent for a user's many comments regarding a particular character/actor on the show. Although it is perfectly fine to voice your opinions here, there is a line of respect that should not be crossed at any time.

**Passionately debating one topic multiple times and in multiple locations around the forum when it is poorly viewed by other members and/or staff. Sharing one's opinion is fine, but please know that there is a point when passion becomes annoyance. Please respect other members by toning down your language and steadfastness for said passion and frequency of such posts.

**Verbally flaming, insulting, name-calling and/or bickering about a member for any reason. It is clearly stated in the rules above that this sort of behavior will not be tolerated. A member of staff will contact you directly should a comment you make be inappropriate for our forum.

**In the event should an Administrator or Moderator edit or delete a post, you WILL NOT discuss this openly on the forum. This is to protect all parties involved as well as spare other members from viewing unnecessary comments. Should you fail to heed warnings from the staff, infractions may be given and you could be banned. You do this full-knowing our stance on this issue.

Also, we are amending the Forum Rules to include the following:

Respect for Forum Moderators
1. Administrators and Moderators are all volunteers, who give of their free time to the operation of this Forum. Please make their task easier by abiding with the rules and following the guidelines.

2. All Moderators have the absolute right to delete, move, edit or otherwise change any post on the Forum in order to maintain continuity, ensure adherence to these rules, and maintain the positive spirit of the Forum.

3. Disagreement with the decision of a Moderator will not be discussed on the open forum.

4. Disputes will be discussed by a panel of Moderators, whose decision is final.

Now all formalities set aside, let's have fun and enjoy discussing the show in which we love, together!
