About 11 minutes into the episode, when the Fringe team is at the mental patient interviewing Sean, Olivia appeared to be looking at herself.

These two screens shots are happening at the same time, Olivia (in the pic by herself) is looking at herself with the rest of the team.

She's remembering. It's a flashback. We saw her remembering Jacksonville before this. We see her remembering 6B later when she's at the house. The whole gimmick is well established during the I remember convo. That she turns here is just short-hand for "I've done something like this before!".

More of her looking at that hallway and simply remembering that scene, on TV you can't really give first person point of view.

I concur with the above posters; the pivoting has no greater significance other than as a cue to show the audience that she is in the process of remembering something.

Thanks, I just scanned through the pilot and found that scene - same guard, orderly etc...

There were many cutscenes from the pilot and other pivitol moments in this episode. Nice way to show Olivia's memory coming back.

I noticed the green green red in both hallways when she is staring straight forward. I don't know if it had any significance towards the bleed threw but it was there.
