In this delete scene, it is suggested that the Beacon could be from the alternate universe. Found it pretty interesting. Has anyone else seen this before?

    I've seen this before.

I guess they cut it because it was a dead giveaway to the multiple worlds concept; in retrospect, I appreciate that it was cut, as I found the first actual mention of multiversal possibility (i.e. the narration from the ZFT document in 1.14) to be far more effective and way cooler.

I agree. So glad they didn't reveal it that fast and took out the scene.

I've seen it as well, and I have to agree with Jay's assessment that deleting it and introducing the alt-universe in "Ability" was much
    more dramatically rewarding.

Slight digression: I've just rewatched "Power Hungry", and there's some dialogue pertinent to the mystery of John Mosley:

    WALTER: How are you feeling?

    PETER: Never been better.

WALTER: Oh? You look quite the opposite.

PETER: Maybe that's 'cause I had a little trouble sleeping last night.

WALTER: Oh, I had trouble sleeping myself. I was thinking about that man. The one who tortured you. Something about him. So familiar. Peter, when I was in St. Claire's...

PETER: We don't have to talk about this. It's not important.

WALTER: But it is important. You cannot imagine what it's like for a man like me To not have access to parts of his mind.
So Walter has some vague idea of who Mosley was. Has Mosley encounter Walter and/ or Robert Bishop
prior to the events of "The Arrival"? I really hope we do find other who Mosley was before the show ends.

    Damn, son!

Mosley did say that it was a "shame" Peter never met Robert Bishop when they were at the grave site in 1.04. I'm guessing at some point, Mosley encountered Robert, and potentially a young Walter, way back in the day.

I've begun to think that the Robert/WWII/Mosley/Beacon/Inner Child threads are all interrelated; if we get a S5, perhaps we can get some more on this.

Do you remember the nazi killer in "the bishop revival"? At the end of the episode he looked into peter's eyes and said "Bishoff!". In Josh's comic sam weiss called peter "bishoff".
And then...i looked at this scene from "the arrival" (http://postimage.org/image/ribubrebr/) and i wandered if that shoot was made by intention, because it's too....weird . It's like the writers wanted to show both peter and the name of robert bishoff in the grave for a specific reason
Robert Bishop died at the age of 30 more or less (peter was 32 when he disappeared), but the date of his death might be wrong. Maybe he is still alive. Similar situation with both peters apparently dead at the age of 7 but 33 years old peter found a way to come back.
We all know that paradox is an important piece in fringe mithology, so it wouldn't surprise me if the writers decide to introduce the grandfather paradox too.

I remember watching this somewhere during season 3 I guess, and I couldn't agree more.

The same reference come around at the first episode of season 2, through Agent Jessup!
