    Default Cortexiphan Children

I'm kinda wondering, since the timeline is different now as there was never a war between the universes over Peter, does that mean Sally Clark, Nick Lane, and James Heath are all alive? I also want to meet the other cortexiphan children too.

The war between universes still happened because Peter died and Walter still crossed over to take Walternate's Peter. However, this time, Walternate's Peter drowned in the ice when Walter brought him back over to the blueverse. As for if the fate of the cortexiphan children, I'm not sure. Peter wasn't alive to need rescued from the other side.

I hope they're all alive, and I hope we see them again. It seemed like such a waste of such seemingly important characters at the end of season two when they all apparently perished. This would be the perfect opportunity to bring them all back and resurrect the cortexi-kid activated super soldier story line now that a war is brewing between the the Amber Universe and DRJ.

That wouold be the best thing they could ever do, bring back the cortexiphan kids to fight DRJ!! And not have them uselessly die, like they did Over There.

Yeah, I'm kinda half-and-half on that. One, it would be cool to see them all again and two... this isn't Heroes. I kinda like Olivia being the only one with Heroes-ish abilities.

Since the events of the S2 finale never occured (Olivia never crossed over since Peter wasn't there), one would presume that all three of them (Lane, Heath, Clark) are still alive.

I don't expect to see them all, but perhaps having Nick Lane and James Heath make an appearance would be pretty cool.

How did Fauxlivia replace Olivia if Olivia never crossed over? Yes I know she wouldn't have "crossed over" as it happened in the s2 finale, since Peter didn't exist to be saved. But even so, she would still have to go to the other universe through the bridge.

I also have this running theory that Walternate could have used harmonic rods to switch Olivia with a person of equal mass, so maybe the red and blue Olivia did a switch. (although for this to have happened, both of them would have to have harmonic rods shot into them.)

All that is known is that Olivia was forcibly kidnapped (presumably by Shapeshifters and/or Altlivia), and Altlivia assumed her place in the Blue World's Fringe Division. It is unknown whether Olivia was taken to the Red World or held in the Blue World somewhere, but it seems the length of Altlivia's "mission" was shorter.

As for harmonic rods, are you referring to the standard ones, or the miniature subcutaneous ones? Walternate had Newton figure out how harmonic exchange works because he wanted access to Peter; since Peter was not around as an adult, the events of 2.18 probably didn't happen; and since the invention of the miniature rods was an improvisation based on their knowledge of harmonic rod tech, they probably never developed these miniature rods in the rewritten timeline. However, they had to have sent Altlivia to the Blue World somehow (I figure her mission was still machine-centric), so either Newton still extracted knowledge of harmonic exchange from Walter' brain slivers (knowledge intended for Altlivia's insertion as opposed to Walternate meeting with Peter), or they developed such technology on their own.

The Bridge didn't exist in that point in time, by the way (it is a post-3.22 [2011] construction, which happens after the timeframe of the S2 finale [2010]).
