Hey! There wasn't any cheese in this episode. There also isn't any cheese in this thread. I came here expecting a wide variety of cheeses and some red wine to go with it. How disappointing....

I don't care much for wine (I drank my fill of it back in my younger days). How about some Red Vines instead?

I had the pleasure of enjoying a cumin spiced gouda with a glass of chardonnay recently, it was unquestionably more accommodating to the palette than is your average porcu-bat to one's sense of rationality.

Hmm... It's also part of the story that the rules of physics have been breaking down in both universes. Remember the episode about floating paraplegics?

Lucky! HEY! Flying Porcu-Bats are totally rational......*cough* Sorry, I seem to have choked on my reasoning there.

That was different, though. It was the (otherwise impossible) combination of heavy elements that created the anti-gravity compound.

This substance is most probably lacking in the Werecupines; and even if they were, the two realities are no longer in a state of degradation, as the Bridge stabilized everything and forestalled, if not even reversing, the process of decay.

Unfortunately, both universes instantaneously stabilized after Peter's creation of the bridge, with no more Fringe events occurring nor decay or breakdown in the laws of physics or the universal fabric. So I'm not sure this is an adequate explanation in this case, given the circumstances.

It would take a massive preponderance of reasoning to rationalize a porcu-bat, so choking is understandable.

Now it's my turn for a good hardy har har har, good pun, masterful turn of phrase.
