    Default The Typerwriters

Did anyone notice the typewriters in the room where Walter and the others where ambered? There was no mention of the Red-verse in this episode, and I think Worlds-Apart explains why.

I wonder if the team was attempting to contact Over-There during the invasion? Perhaps Walter was trying to find the original Q-E telegraph or build a new one?

One would assume by taking Bell's hand, Walter had a plan all along and probably needed his hand for access to something (like a fingerprint or DNA scan - Astrid started saying they need Bell for access to something before Walter 1.0 shushes her). If it is the machine they need access to (beacon blueprints were very similar), they would have to make sure the Redverse's is in the same spot (remember the damage before the machine was brought to Libery Island when only Red turned theirs on?). Might be a long shot but that would require coordination with the other side, and probably those typewritters are the few methods left witht he Bridge gone.

Yeah, I assumed the disused 70's electric typewriters were THOSE typewriters. They must have tried to reach the Red Universe during the invasion.

Which means we won't see the Red Universe again. *gasps, clutches my imaginary Lincoln poster*
