As a former Hater, I've learned to like AltLiv, Sexpot and all

This thread is for fans who spent most of the third season like me, incensed that the P/O love story had been hijacked by this sexpot version of Olivia.

AltLiv uses her good looks, isn't above visually seducing men for no reason at all, and in general, swims in her elevated opinion of herself.

In Worlds Apart, she achieved an uneasy truce with Olivia, we got to see another side of AltLiv, I'd almost swear she isn't quite as smart as Olivia, but that could be a misconception. She doesn't seem as subtle as Olivia.

But, I have to admit as a former "Olivia is my favorite character" , sometimes Olivia gets, well, too moody for me. Goodness knows, she has more than enough reason to be that way. But, a couple of shows before (hangs head, I'm not sure which ep it was) she was interrogating Nina. I looked at her, thinking, girl, you're just getting too heavy, look at you. Somebody, give her a valium, please!

Olivia is still the pivotal character in the show for me. I have a silly fangirl crush on Lincoln, but I've always thought Olivia is the main character of the show. No, I don't feel like going around in circles discussing the Big Three and their relationship with each other, I Recognize Peter has a pivotal role, after all, he's the only one who is Singular in the show, not counting BluePeter's death. He's sort of meant to be The Only One.

"Worlds Apart", although it broke my heart at the end. showed a possible future good relationship between AltLiv and Olivia. That they could put aside their differences and possibly make a good team in the future.

And God bless Anna. I had to laugh sometimes in the third season at the animosity fans like me felt for her as AltLiv.

Anna, you totally rock in this world, and you've created two fabulous characters. I don't want to sentence her to stretches of split screen acting, that seems like some harder work than usual for an actor. But I'm starting to enjoy AltLiv. Just when they took her away.

I'll be the first to say as much as the Benchie in me wants to see some earthshaking P/O, I'm looking forward to with the bottom of my heart, watching Lincoln and AltLiv get together. Yes, it was almost (almost? pfffsst!) contrived how Lincoln fell for AltLiv. BUT, it also put something out there I've thought about on and off. That all of our incarnations have some kind of connection. Now, I can't rectify how BlueBrandon could ever like RedBrandon-well, he's dead, so there's no need. But identical characters cross-universe bugs me. What about the question of a soul. I suppose Olivia and AltLiv have two different souls? Then, how is it they appear to be two different incarnations of One Soul? There's an argument in my head that all incarnations share one soul, but I can't really defend it. It would explain (besides fickleness, you Lincoln-haters ) how Lincoln can't help but fall for Olivia, or another incarnation of Olivia. It's romantic to me than someone has an affinity for someone across universes, not based just on their looks.

But, why in a multiverse would we all have counterparts? That may be the subject of another thread, but it makes for a fun "Fringe" reality.

Anyway, AltLiv lightens me up. When she's not crushing men's hearts under her combat boots. And, "Worlds Apart" gave her a slightly more human heart. Although I'm not an AltLiv lover, per se, ​she sort of entertains me now.

AltLiv has always had a heroic ability to sacrifice herself for her universe. Remember her flying into the subway after Peter at the beginning when it looked like Peter was going to die with that device?

Anyway. I hope, PRODUCERS, that we get to see some AltLiv/Lincoln evolution next year. Pleaseeeeee?

ohh gawwd, I do like to see more of altlivia and lincoln but LAWLL season 5 is totally different
