Shapeshifters, clones, soul magnets, time loops....
Perhaps we're actually dealing with Alt-Bell's alternate. That would be pretty wacky, right?![]()
Shapeshifters, clones, soul magnets, time loops....
Yes I think his method is different somehow ... it's not about mass-for-mass, nor tearing a whole in the fabric of the universe to where it sends off bells and whistles in the Redverse ... there is some clue as to how he did this with Olivia me thinx, right under our noses. And he didn't use her Cortexiphan abilities to do so (since it took her quite some time to recover). Although the idea his office in the Twin Towers was linked somehow via a bridge makes me think "wormhole" or something. I'd be more inclined to think he created a place that caused a transition between the "C" and "G" vibrations as the elevator "slid down it" or something, sort of like a bridge but different perhaps.
This still doesn't totally account for Olivia being inserted back into our universe and her momentum being "paid back in full" though ..... to where she literally comes flying out of a vehicle as though the accident had just freshly happened on our side. Even though time lapsed on our side as well .... it was almost like she was erased from the Blueverse while she was over there in the Red, before she came flying back through that van window .... reminds me of Peter popping up in the Lake .... momentum deferred, but paid back in full.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ...........
That movie had me on my seat the entire time. And my first thought is that it would be too much to introduce a load of Bell clones in the show .... however, in the same breath, I recall the comics and The Same Old Story ....
Or how about since we have CortexiBlueLivia inside our current Olivia's body .... as soon as Bell rings his little bell, the rewritten timeline Bell shows BACK up inside Olivia, and she ends up defeating this alter-Bell, by projecting old-Bell's consciousness into the new Bell lol .....
*puts down butterscotch pudding and goes to sleep*
Bell vs. Bell, with good Bellivia vs. Darth Nimoy?
Awesome!
Probably should be careful with spoiling that movie. And sidenote: it wasn't necessarily the first version. He never knew which one he would be.
I don't think this is the case, creating clones. The writers are not sloppy enough to introduce yet another potentially confusing plot device in the last episode. Would very much weaken the strength of the storytelling, and we know they are good storytellers.
After re-watching, it seems likely that perhaps Alt-bell was the one Nina identified after the car crash. As for the haircut, maybe it's just to give him an evil look.
