I wouldn't be so quick to say that Jones has quite suddenly - and probably miraculously - returned to life the next episode after. The likeliest possibility is that it's an error, the photo being meant for the 4.21 batch.

Otherwise, we're dealing with a flashback, Alt-Jones, or resurrection. Each of these seem a bit dubious.
