From Heroes creator Tim Kring and marking 24 star Kiefer Sutherland's return to series television, the drama Touch previewed in January after American Idol, drawing a 3.9 in the demo and 12 million viewers.
What with "Undercovers" and now "Alcatraz" failing to last past their first
seasons, looks like an Abrams drama series is no longer a guaranteed long-ruuner.
I think "Touch" is an awful show, and I am puzzled why it's become such a hit. Maybe people
will watch anything with Kiefer Sutherland in it?
yeah, Touch is just getting worse; its like every random plot and crazy coincidence in Kring's other shows now have a magic explanation. oooooh. I gave up on the show when they killed Danny Glover, and Kiefer's dialogue is repetitive as he chases the kid around randomly every episode. Too bad, because I really liked the movie Knowing. Kring loves certain things; Indian taxi drivers, chalkboard scientific doodlings, generic, cliched "foreign" places....

Haha. Now *that* could have been kind of awesome. The numbers leading to ganglords, meth labs, kidnap victims... I was actually saying this to a friend of mine the other day, how do you have Danny Glover and Kiefer Sutherland in a show and NOT have them be an amazing awesome kick ass action buddy duo?? LOL!
They are cancelling Alcatraz!?That sucks, I was getting into it too....Meh, when Fringe is done, now I don't have that to fall back on...I hope this "Revolution" show is compelling otherwise DEXTER and The Walking Dead are all I have left, but they will not be able to replace Fringe.
Right? I have to agree. It was just getting good too! I think the show had a lot of potential. It's really too bad that some people nowadays seem to enjoy watching reality television more than they enjoy using and developing their imaginations.They are cancelling Alcatraz!?
I like Alcatraz, but I'm honestly not surprised at the news. Especially with The Finder (which I couldn't stand, to be honest).
I love alcatraz and beautiful! It's not right that has been canceled!
