    Default Unintentional Spoiler

So if an entire season of a show is finished and all episodes have been aired, am I allowed to post information that may spoil it for someone who hasn't seen it yet? I'm wondering because I unintentionally spoiled an aspect of season 2 of The Walking Dead for a user here that had not watched it and I'm hoping I didn't break the spoiler rule due to that.

Its just the difference between posting spoilers in a thread and in a thread *title* ya know what i mean?

Can a moderator change the name of that thread for me so I don't ruin the show for another user?

I've changed it. Inside the thread it's a different matter, but there might be people browsing the forum for a different show who haven't managed to see it it yet.

We've stated before for users to be careful when choosing titles for their posts, especially to leave out spoilers and avoid ambiguous or leading statements.

As far as spoilers go, once an episode has aired, it is not considered spoilerish material any more and therefore can be spoken about freely--with some courtesy to those who have not been able to see the episode yet. You may choose to use spoiler tags even after the episode has aired if you wish. But users are strongly recommended to stay away from posts with possible endgame spoilers in them. You click on those threads fully knowing what *could* be inside.

The threads for other shows are much more condensed than they are for Fringe, so you may want to use spoiler tags more often in those threads since it's more difficult for users to avoid possible spoilers.

When in doubt, use spoiler tags!!
