Dr. Sumner from St. Claire's most likely.

In the original post, Fringling says:
In Walter's lab notes for this episode, he says the following:

"Where oh where have my details gone? Lost --- stollen. I asked the Summoner if I could search for my errent thoughts in his lost and found, but he refused, said I'd find the missing friars in Satan's hindquarters. Curse him! I know the rule: "cannot build phallic puzzles inside the lab" I still know the numbers too, well I damn well should. It's a simple second-order recursive algorithm, but a mnemonic is worthless without it's contents. Like a sad coat rack with empty pegs."

I am curious about the mnemonic --- CBPPITL, or perhaps CBPPIL <without the "the">. Does anyone have any idea what this mnemonic could be for?

He asked for Summoner to look in his lost and found? Interesting.
Basically that's why, I think. Course, I'm sleepy, so I am probably wrong.

I think the mnemonic is too perfect to be overlooked, not to mention essential for Walter to seemingly remember important formulas and the like.

I'm going to have to go with Daisy and say that the I is for Istanbul. There don't seem to be a lot of coincidences on this show and Peter was originally in Istanbul before Olivia came and got him. Maybe an opportunity for more character development for Peter Bishop, find out more about his past.
