Well, it's definitely not impossible. However, I would be more on the side that he's just ticked at Olivia for what she did to him. Nice theory.
I think that Harris kept Olivia 'out of it' in the hospital long enough to let Loab and crew clean up the warehouse. I think that Harris also possibly "Gave in" to Olivia's request by providing 'protective' custady to the Doctor becuase he knew Loab could get to him anyway, as he made so easy by pulling Olivia and Charlie out of the room to 'talk'. Just a possible theory. What are your thoughts?

I think Harris is just there to be the thorn in everyone's sides - he doesn't really know what's going on, only that he's mad at Olivia and is going to try is best to make her life difficult.
A little nonsense now and then,

An intersting thought about Harris --------- when Olivia "pouted" and got him to change his mind about having Simon "kept safe", we were apparently lead to believe that Harris had a change of heart and decided to "do the right thing."
What if the opposite was true? What if, instead, he decided to keep Simon there so he could knowingly have Loeb bring him his "cold drink"and kill him? So instead of having a change of heart, he actually just used the situation to dispose of Simon quicker
, if he was in partnership with Loeb

There's More Than One of Everything ...
There's just something about Harris that I don't trust... and it has nothing to do with his obvious dislike towards Olivia for putting him away.
Harris is two dimensional to me right now. I just Want him to be part of the bigger evil. Tritium is probably right, his only motivation is to f**k up Olivia's life. But that's a huge oversight, giving someone she had prosecuted for three sexual assaults assum jurisdiction over her task force. That's a pretty big leap in script logic.
I just re-watched the episode, and I realized that we really don't see much more of Harris after the other scientist gets "slugged". I mean... surely that would've set off a bunch of red flags for him, provided that it was known how fast the incubation period is for the slugs. The man Olivia brought in to protect dies in her protective custody? Hmm...
Suddenly I'm not so sure if Harris is only there to annoy Olivia and get in the way. The theory about him deliberately keeping that scientist close to Loeb so that Loeb could dispose of him is starting to grow on (in?) me.

Good catch, Tritium. I bet if Harris is in later episodes, we'll have a better chance of discovering his loyalty.
