Hey, maybe somebody locked Harris in the bathroom for this ep! Thank goodness I didn't have to hear his bureaucratic sarcasm!
And Olivia not knowing if what Walter was saying was the bad news or the good news.

Nina! Where ya Been! Second time around, it's still emotional to have Olivia see actual John as corpse.

I was going to make a weak joke about John saying, "Absolutely. This will never happen again.", but then John does that Awesome creepy thing by breaking the memory rules and looking straight at her.

Ah, I wish I could've watched this! My cable was messed up so no Fringe tonight. I'll catch it again on iTunes.
Heh, I'm scared to read the comments. I don't want any spoilers.

Well, I loved how this episode resolved some of our questions. We have an answer (maybe not the right one) about what side Scott is on, what MD is doing to John, and the disk thingies reappeared (but I'll get to that later....)! --Oh! Warning: I jump around (chronologically) a lot. Sorry.

Godzilla Guy on the airplane? Does he even have a name? Anyways, (XD) in his notebook I was able to quickly catch the words technology; capture; audio; understood; dangerous.

Keys on your back will stop a nosebleed. Has anyone heard of this old wive's tale before? It seemed to come out of nowhere. Then Astrid later makes the comment My mother always says I stick my nose in places it does not belong. The manner she said it was akin to reciting a long-repeated rant of her mother's. When I heard Astrid say that, I immediately went back to the old lady on the plane. Are they trying to intimate that mothers/wives will be playing a larger role soon?
....Maybe even Ms Jessica Warren? (courtesy of fringeling in a thread on 1.12)

Speaking of family... this is the second time that the show opened with a "heartful and caring scene" between Olivia, Rachel, and Ella. What the --? I hope they aren't making this a trend. While last week we at least learned that Olivia was a lying fiend as a child, all I gained from this conversation was that they had a hamster named Lola and a dog named Rocky. (IT'S NEXT WEEK'S CLUE! XD)

Don't get me wrong - I would love to get more back story on Olivia and Company. But if this is Rachel/Ella's "role" in the show, they are going about this entirely the wrong way. The entire scene just seemed so.... fake. (Well, until the omg-confession-my-lover-betrayed-me, tear). Especially Rachel! It was almost like she was upset that the spotlight had been taken away from her or something. I could go on and on about it though, (and probably next week too if they still do it....) so I will move on. *forced smile*

Mr. Godzilla on the airplane: I was really disappointed when they cut the scene for break right after he bursted out of the bathroom to the passengers screams, but it was really funny at the same time.

To kick, maim, and stomp on a dead horse - "Hey! Memory/Flashbacks of John Scott had more blue lights! "

The disks - we are told by Broyles that they are data storage devices. Didn't we already know that in the Ghost Network? We still know absolutely nothing about them - except that it wasn't just that lady agent in 1.03 now. And that it's why MD has Scott "suspended". But what kind of data is on those disks? Who made them, who is willing to go through the procedure of having their palms slit to have it put in (which by the way, no scars and it would have had to be a fairly decent sized entry wound). At first I was thinking that the disks had something to do with the 'transformations' in this episode, but the lady agent from 1.03 and Scott exhibited none of the signs at all, and we don't know if Daniel Hicks had one. Plus, the virus was intended to be sold, and placing it via disk into someone's palm sounds time-consuming.

I am confused. I thought Olivia had told Charlie about Scott being in her head from the 'shared consciousness' thing, when she thought she was going crazy around 1.04-1.05. But the way she told Charlie today was as though he had no idea. ???

Some people have theories on omg Astrid = mole/spy/agent. I haven't really gotten that vibe before... but I could understand where people got it from when Astrid offered to take over looking through Scott's files for Olivia tonight.

Nina sounded really empathetic/sympathetic when she introduced Olivia to John. Makes me wonder if something vaguely similar had happened to her - she isn't usually so open with feeling (or even 'genuine' *cough* feeling).

I hoped Broyles was squirming inside a bit when Olivia was all "BAM! connection between disks and Scott and Daniel Hicks". He protected her last week from [edit: Harris] and often expounds her hard-work and dedication to the job, but I feel Broyles still underestimates her despite all of that.

I have to admit, I liked the way they filmed the dreamstate scenes tonight. The ending was very melacholic.... and I feel like Olivia took a few steps backwards. Part of that is because of confusion number 2:

So John says he's part of NSA, Secret Gov't Force, can't be proven, all that jazz. Then Olivia is talking to Broyles, and says something on the lines of "I know the truth, that's good enough for me", and apologizes to John about the issue later. So John actually, undoubtedly, did work for Secret Secret Agency of Doom, or are we being goaded into assuming/presuming/believing that?

    Favorite lines:
"Bishop House of Horrors~" (on so many levels) -Peter
    "An experiment? How exhilirating!" -Walter
"...shady deals with shady guys in shady motels is kinda my m.o." -Peter
    "Who's he?" "...Who's they?" -Gavin/Olivia

Being one of those people who are suckers for action/drama movies, I really liked the scene where Olivia and Peter were trying to 'deal' with Gavin and henchmen. And the earrings made me laugh: "Situations in which a woman is better suited than a man - hiding a radio transmitter on their ear!" XD.

Peter's comment on meeting [Christmas guy] at/on the White Horse at Oxford.... it reminded me of the Little Hill / Roman capitol discussion thread roaming around on the site. There's definitely a lot of possibilites and opportunities with that. And kudos to him for the good bluff.

I haven't found anything amazingly well-hidden and genious-level yet. Totally missed the Observer, even though I was determined to find him this time, lolz.

    My first thought, exactly!
I leaned over to my wife and quoted the last episode "Peter was REALLY worried about you." She laughed her ass off.

    A great episode

    Good things
more Astrid, i finally feel that she is a part of the team and each episode she is getting more air time. She did cause me to think that she knows something about the Pattern maybe. She knows too much. Did she major in everything? I have to keep an eye on her.

John scott storyline resolved. I love that they finally got their closure. I was shocked Olivia didnt punch Nina in the face for keeping John. It was an intense scene for me to see Olivia seeing John lying there. And we got some answers tonight, yay.

The virus storyline was good, i kept wanting more. It seems that every episode so far is about viruses hmm.

Rachel knowing about John and knowing more about Olivia and Rachel childhood.

Walter explaining about nipples and Peter saying he never want to hear Walter say nipples again.

Best of all the Benchwarmers scenes. I LOVED the tank scene and them undercover. They are so cute.

Nina is back, i was worried that they forgot about MD

    Bad things
i cant think of any yet. ill get back to this.

    Questions
What is on these Disks implanted in their hands?

    Why MD needs this data?

How John can communicate to Olivia?

Who injected Hicks with the diesease and why?
