Fringe Relocates to Vancouver - Production Starts June 24

There was a blurb in a local Vancouver free daily saying that New York extended the film tax credit. Two of the facts in the blurb contradicted each other, so I looked on Reuters to verify. I wonder what this will mean for Fringe.

Obviously I did not read far enough down the article....

"As a result, Warner Bros. Television has moved production of its hit science-fiction series "Fringe" to Vancouver and no pilot shows are due to be filmed in New York this year, compared with 19 last year."

I wonder if the above holds true.
