In last week's episode 5x15 Follow the Leader, during one of the opening scenes of the 2007 plot line, you can clearly see an actress behind Ben and Sun that eerily appears to be an older version of Juliet!?

Is it possible that Juliet got stuck in time with the others or is it just one of those freaky coincidences??

What do you all think!?

update 9:52 EST

We are going to see something very tall in this episode.
-This episode is going to be very "touching"(Damon says this might be a play at words, where touching may not necessarily mean emotional)

TRUE : Young Kate Cast

Oh, Man, I've got to switch mindsets and watch the "Lost" finale tonight! This is going to be exhausting!

I hope you're right about the 'old' Juliet. I'd prefer that to having her dead.
It does bear a striking resemblance to Juliet.

And you rock with the screencaps!

Even with the spoilers..I always am (shocked and suprised)

tiny tidbit:

know you guys have some hints about Lost's finale. Don't hold out. — Joseph
TIM: ABC's promos spoil that Sawyer, Kate and Juliet return to the island, so we asked Patrick Fischler (aka the Dharma Initiative's Phil) what could possibly turn the sub around. "Let me see, how do I put this? Sawyer," he said. Fischler says Phil plays an "interesting part" in a season finale that answers lots of questions, but ends with a game-changing cliff-hanger. Might Phil face the music for belting Juliet last week? "I think Sawyer may have to have a little payback," says Fischler. Look for our full Q&A with the actor, whose credits also include Southland and Mad Men, next week.

Also, there's a good interview with him up on TVGuide.com, too!
http://www.tvguide.com/News/Lost-Finale-Emerson-1006009.aspx

and this:
TVGuide.com: We have two hours left in the season. Is it going to take Locke, Ben and Richard 119 minutes to get to Jacob?
Michael Emerson: It's going to take a while. I mean, we've been making our way to Jacob for a long, long time. I think we can last a little bit longer.

TVGuide.com: Is it safe to say we will meet him in this finale?
Emerson: Jacob is certainly a character in the final two episodes. [An ABC spokesperson interjects to say, "We can neither confirm nor deny that Jacob will be in the season finale."] There seems to be a suggestion that we're moving in that direction, but what Jacob might be or how he might be revealed, if he ever is, is one of the juicy surprises of future Lost work.

TVGuide.com: Might Ben and Richard try to stage a coup to overthrow Locke?
Emerson: Ben and Richard have always seemed to me to have a somewhat fraught and edgy relationship. I don't think Ben is in a position right now to make aggressive alliances with anybody. Ben is doing well at this point to put one foot in front of the other.

TVGuide.com: But what about "My enemy's enemy is my friend"?
Emerson: Well, there's something to be said for that, and that is a philosophy that Ben has put to good use in the past. But Ben seems to be in as low a place as I have ever seen him. He seems to be shaken and no longer the general that he used to be. He is in fact no longer possibly the chess player that he used to be.

TVGuide.com: To add in yet another metaphor, are you saying he has run out of aces up his sleeve?
Emerson: That may be the case. But he isn't completely out of cards yet. No matter how whipped he is, he continues to be alert to the possibilities of every situation.

TVGuide.com: I was surprised — and I am curious if you were, too — to learn that Jacob can be killed. Or at least Locke believes he can.
Emerson: That was such an interesting statement for John Locke to make. Based on everything I ever knew about Jacob, it seems a sort of unlikely thing to say.

TVGuide.com: Right, this is Jacob we're talking about!
Emerson: Yeah — Jacob seems to be somebody that has gotten along fine for a long, long time, and seems to be impervious to the frailties of the flesh.

TVGuide.com: Ben is asked to make a sacrifice in the season finale. What can you tease about that?
Emerson: Ben has sacrificed his leadership and authority [to Locke], but he's also going to be asked to serve someone else's interests, not his own.

TVGuide.com: In your mind, if Jack were to detonate Jughead and thus keep 815 from crashing, what then? What moment immediately follows that instant? Do we cut to a plane full of mild-mannered people?
Emerson: I think it cannot be that simple, if that were a thing that happened. We're wrestling with these ideas of what can be changed with time travel and what cannot be changed. I don't thing a thing lived can be unlived. In one of the recent episodes, someone alluded to the idea that whether it's past, present or future, it is your life in the order it happens to you. I don't think anything done can be undone. This is an issue the writers and we the actors are wrestling with, and I don't have a good answer. Jack seems to be saying that he can erase the events of the last five seasons ... but I think that's unlikely.

TVGuide.com: Will you be back next season?
Emerson: Well, nothing that happens in the finale suggested to me that Ben's work was done. But like everyone else, he is vulnerable to accidents ... or injury. I'm hopeful that I will be among the actors who appear in Episode 601, but nothing is written in stone at Lost.

Well, nothing except some ancient hieroglyphics.

TRUE : Finale Filming Report
Posted by DarkUFO at 3/28/2009 11:22:00 AM (Comments: 10)

Thanks to w8tnvain2000 for the following. I cannot confirm this so we'll place in rumours for now but it does seem to gel with other spoilers/reports that we have and this comes from an Hawaiian only Yahoo Group.

Hi! On my way home today, I came across the Lost crew filming a scene outside Ewa Community church. There were people dressed in their black attire surrounding the backside of a hearse. I was going the opposite direction so I didn't make out who was in that scene. Sorry not that much info.

This is not confirmined: Cast to play young Tommy...

I'll keep my eyes open and come back if I find anything else.

Found this...on darkufo rumors...It May be a foiler: I guess we will find out soon...

Her main scene was when Locke and one of the "others" get into a huge fight over leadership of the group. Alpert is on the sidelines. She described their system of leadership as a shared power structure and never just one central leader which kind of contradicts Ben's role in previous seasons. She said there are a lot of the others who we have never seen before and they are very high up in the hierarchy and reside in and around in and around areas of the island we have never seen before including and mainly the temple. Her role in this scene was to wipe the wounds of the injured man. Apparently Locke takes on this guy and kicks his ass.

She said their is a truly insane plot twist that occurs in the 2nd half of the season finale involving the temple. This twist involves a group of people walking out of the temple. They cleared the set of all the extras. They removed a ton of the crew members and she was told this scene was off the daily shooting sheet for non-principle actors and crew. She totally got the lowdown on the scene but they did not want the extras to see what they were doing.

The make-up department was working overtime and had been working in the three separate trailers for over 6 hours.

She witnessed Daniel Dae Kim exit his trailer and watched as he was quickly ushered to the temple set. Here's the insane part. Daniel Dae Kim was dressed like a 70 year old man. He was aged with make-up and had a medium lentgh white beard.

She missed several other actors who had already been taken to set. But everyone on the set was talking about it. Three or four of them main actors were all made up to long like older versions of themselves. In the days to follow the only details on the scene that leaked out of the crew was that a group of people who we know very well walk out of the temple in 2007 and she believes they speak to Locke. These people are central to the hierarchy of the others in 2007 and the temple is a place where they have hid out for a very long time unable to leave for fear of messing with the islands history. But I guess something happens so they can leave the temple.

I read the TV guide article, nice! I read another brief article (again, on msnbc, I really must try to expand some horizons) that it was considered bringing back William Shatner in a cameo role, but in a hologram old Spock was going to give to young Spock to prove they would prove that they developed a deep friendship. But internal issues kept it from happening.

I'd post the link, but I didn't think I could unless the link was an affiliate to Fringeforum.com. If that isn't the case I'll start posting the links.
