Do you like Nina?

She's not my favourite, but she's up there. I think every show needs someone who's manipulative, who you're always trying to figure out and who you're not always sure about. I think that she has a greater understanding than, maybe, all of them, but she's not wholly on the bad side. Maybe she has good intentions, but will do anything in order to acheive it?

She definitely has most (maybe all) strings firmly in her hand.
I can't discribe how she makes me feel. She is definitely mighty but when you don't watch out she's under your skin and easily manipulates you. I like that

My latest theory at to why we haven't seen her, is she'll take over MD, or at least come back to the forefront since Leonard Nimoy as William Bell only wants to be in a few episodes (per rumor). Which will be fine, she could Totally run Massive Dynamic!

I love her, whether she is of the light or dark persuasion (or somewhere in between). She's captivating every time she gets screen time.

I don't know if this is the best place to post this but here it goes away.

In episode two when Broyles introduces his new team Nina is very disparaging of Broyle's selection.

Citing Walter a murderer yet we later find out that she had previously been close to Walter.

Dismisses Peter as a criminal but later she makes a deal with him for his unique connections with a rain forest tribe and reveals that they spent time together when he was young.

And finally questions the morals of someone who slept with her partner who turned out to be a "traitor”.

But by the end of episode she is offering Olivia a job at massive Dynamics saying that it would put her in a unique position to find answers to the pattern among "other things"

What do you take the "other things" to be? Did she at this stage already know that Olivia was part of Bell's Cortexiphan trails?

I think that she has know right from the beginning exactly who Olivia is, so when Olivia went to see her about the drug trails in episode 14 she deliberately held back the info on the Florida trails and then at the end of the episode when Olivia is emotional wrecked from stopping the bomb she drops her little bomb shell about Florida.

She would have known at this time that Jones was out as he would have already started to try and make contact with William Bell. We know that Jones was out to impress Bell so he may well have boasted how he was going to unlock a Cortexiphan recruit /solider.

In the finale she then uses Olivia desire for answers to her past to stop Jones from crossing over to Bell's reality with a promised meeting with Bell. I think Rocco on Fringebloggers described it as playing Olivia like a fine tuned violin which sum it up perfectly.

Whilst I like Nina's character who is brilliant portrayed by Blair Brown I still don't trust her, hopefully Season Two will give us answers as to what Massive Dynamics real intentions are with regard to the up going war and the pattern and in what way was she close to Walter?

I like her--both the wonderful actress, and the role. She's strong, witty, snide, funny, full of intrigue....whether or not she's "on our side" I haven't got a clue.

I'm still loving The Nina - I feel that we've only just scratched the surface of what she can bring to the show, both as an actress and character.

I think her character is quite intresting. You never really know what she's up to.
But I am sure she wouldn't do anything if there wasn't something for her to win too.

And I know it sounds weird, but I like her haircolor . Always wanted such a color but failed badly.
