Sounds fun. Yet, disaster flicks aren't doing very well these days...
JJ. Abrams is going back to the movies with disaster flick "Earthquake":
SourceThe producer is teaming up with original "Omen" screenwriter David Seltzer on a Universal disaster flick that will center on an earthquake.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, it won't be a remake of the studio's 1974 movie "Earthquake," which inspired one portion of the studio tour, but will focus on relationships -- as is Abrams' wont -- with the disaster as a backdrop.
Abrams will produce along with the other Bad Robot team, Bryan Burk and Sherryl Clark.

sweeeeeeet!
This is good news, I am sure this will be a great movie. I wonder who the actors will be.
Anything with Abrams behind it is bound to be cool...
...and so Abrams of him to have his stories to put relationships in the forefront of disaster and gruesome death. How else did he get me to fall in love with Lost?![]()
