There were some episodes that would be quite hard unless you really cared, like "The Transformation". However the sightings are generally more obvious now. In "Midnight" I thought that was a sighting no one could miss, I was not even looking for it.

The Arrival, Inner Child and The Road Not Taken aside (obviously), I've spotted him in:

-Power Hungry
-Ability
-Bad Dreams

Pitiful, I know, but I'd rather pay full attention to the episode.

So was our man spotted anywhere else in this epi I wonder?

Also, if Nina had all those pics of him over the last 24 hours, where have her Observer Papparazzi photographers been each episode? Does she not have pics of him from all those other times?

Any thoughts on what happened the last time he was spotted with such frequency (as she claims)?

I bet Nina has people out there taking his picture every single time (even the FBI seemed to have some pictures of him, I am sure Massive Dynamic did), but if he only shows up once every few days, probably a couple times a month then they don't think they have anything to worry about. But it appeared Nina had a lot of pictures, and those were simply from the last 24 hours. The Observer seemed to be making his rounds quite a bit in that one day.

Along those same lines, was the phone call Nina got directed toward the Observer sighting? She told whoever called her to "not do anything" what would they be doing if it was about the Observer?

I'm almost sure I saw him walk by wearing a hat in one of the outside scenes early on, but I've got no screen caps.

I've rewatched the beginning of the episode trying to find the observer when the victim caught on fire but i couldn't see him. Did anyone see him?

I did see him somewhere in the background (I think in front of that huge building Nina Sharp was at) but it could have been a man in the background. I'll have to rewatch the episodes.

I think I've spotted him in most episodes, but the hilarious thing for me was that my mum just rang screaming down the phone.. "I saw him this time, I saw him!!"

I was like..... "errrrr.. yeah mum...ummm... well done
