Fringe Season 1 ReWatch Schedule

Here's our Official Fringe Season 1 Rewatch schedule/info.

Due to the release date of the season 1 DVD (Sept 8) being so close to the premiere of Season 2 (Sep 17), we've decided to spread the schedule our rather than squeezing everything into 9 days - in truth, that would be pretty much impossible with my schedule and I'm sure the same applies to others who may be interested in rewatching with us.

Nearer to the time, our rewatch thread will contain links to places where you can obtain episodes, including Amazon, iTunes and..others. Unfortunately Fox.com and Hulu only have the latest 11 episodes in their library (1.09 - 120). However, this will at least give participants further means of obtain episodes from 1.09 onwards.

What I propose is that Fringe-Forum.com, FringeBloggers.com (and any other sites who wish to be a part of this) and those interested in rewatching/following along, start the S1 rewatch on July 6 and end the finale week of the hiatus on September 13.

Under this schedule we will rewatch 2 episodes per week (as listed below) at our own pace. There will be a rewatch thread for each episode where participants, or those following the rewatch, can post thoughts, comments and analysis based on the rewatch of each episode. There thread will be open throughout the week (and will remain open for those who are playing 'catch-up').

Our Moderator Rocky will also be hosting a Rewatch Quiz to coincide with each set of rewatch episodes - these quizzes will be based on season 1 episodes and will be posted in the rewatch forums. Each rewatch thread will contain links to the quiz for added convenience.

Since this rewatch is in collaboration with FringeBloggers.com and other blogs/sites - we will also provide links to specific rewatch content/articles from those participating sites.

Is Fox going to re-aire the 1st season of Fringe?

They really should - but there doesn't appear to be any indication that they will as of yet.

At the very least, I would hope that they should show the S1 finale on 9/10, exactly a week prior to the 9/17 start of S2.

I'd like to see the Pilot again, too: that one week, the finale the next, and then S2 start.
