I'm not really into aliens or spaceships or anything, but that didn't look too bad. I really like the theme of Are these aliens good or bad? Are they trying to gain our trust to eliminate us? What are their objectives? I must give V a try...

Looks like a character-driven re-telling of Independence Day.

(Not that the movie was terrible...)

Seems fairly interesting.

Mmm, V, a new sci-fi series. Oh, it stars Elizabeth Mitchell. I'm definitely watching it. I remember my dad telling me about the original version of the series, it was huge on British television back in the 80's. Everyone stopped to watch it sort of deal.

The new promo that aired during Flashforward tonight got me interested. That and Elizabeth Mitchell, I'm a huge Juliet fan in Lost.

I've never seen the original, but I think I'll give this one a try.

Looking forward for it to start.

I can't see how it will work. Those that have seen the original know why the visitors have arrived (unless they plan on changing it but I can't see why they would do that as it was a great idea).

V was made well before Independance day and Alien Nation. It really was the event to watch in 1984. I remember seeing it first time around.
