I'm rewatching Season 2, so is it stated that Bell transported her, [through space and time] back into the car moments before the accident?

We know that Belly Worked for the other side in some capacity, so maybe he delayed Olivia's "exit" to stop her from being captured or killed. But then why would the Soliders or those who control them let the meeting take place in the first place?

If they were hoping Bell would impart some information why wouldn't they ask or torture bell themselves?

We know they didn't want the meeting to take place in the fist place "Meeting Prevented".

Here's what I can figure out Bell and Dunham met in the alternate Universe, and in a conspicuous place, [unless The WTC is a weak spot].

TPTB for the other side found out and tried to stop it, but they missed, and only succeeded the second time, except Olivia wasn't there, as Bell has probably delayed her arrival.

Does that make sense?
