I don't see why Ella would be in any kind of troube- Olivia has been taking it easy since the Bell talk remembrance, so we might see some connection between that and some problems. And I'd love for some spotlight to shed on Olive again, it's been focusing on Walter and Peter for now (not that I'm complaining)
I am not sure if it was Olivia or Ella though, we've been trained to questions the answers that we seem to get on this show. So I can not say for certain who I think they were talking about.

I cannot certainly pinpoint a hidden clue from last week but definitely I find things that is foreshadowing for this episode.

OLIVIA: Foreign intelligence agents often take mundane jobs so they can blend in while they're gathering information.
Sounds like observers to me.
