ok so this guy has shown up in evey EP so far. it seems we are assuming he his following the main chars. but i was just thinking he is never shown technicly behind them "following" them, hes is always in a position where the chars pass by him! as if he has some knowledge of where they are goin to be.

on the train...how did he know the chase was going to lead to the train when it could have easily not have gone on the train?
it odd how this guy seems to know what is going to happen
