I was bored to death the first 25 minutes, I even switched to watch Grey's and then came back. The last 25 minutes were really good though.
Not really happy with the Olivia/Peter hook up potential, but it was a fund ending. Decent episode. Don't know how I will survive until April 1 z(NO JOKE)

Verasdi.. join the partnershippers forum in the general chat area. I DO NOT like the idea of them together at all. I almost turned the channel when they almost kissed. (ok, i'm lying, I would have watched anyway)

I found the entire episode entertaining though. Absolutely loved it. Although, the P/O thing was totally not needed.

The first half was a bit slow, I agree, not to the point of boring to me, but I was frustrated (in the enthusiastic-good-way) because I want more time of the part where awesome stuff happens XD

Do you think Olivia's new ability to see things from the other side will stay?

I don't think the first half was boring, personally. It was build-up to me, but really interesting and creepy and made me really, really excited. The second half simply made that excitement pay off.

I loved the episode A LOT. One of my favorites of the series. Top 5 for sure.

Hope you guys are hungry for some thoughts, because like it or not, you're getting seconds.

-The actual case, i.e., inter-reality body melding, was one of the most gruesome things this show has ever treated us to. It's gonna be hard to top that one.

-By the way, props for an alternate reality opener.

-This whole episode felt like an acid trip (or at least, what I think it would be like. Maybe I should ask Olivia ). There was some sort of surreal quality to the episode, probably because of...well, I actually don't know.

-Man, the other reality is more out there than I thought. Nixon dollars? Double Decker cars? I'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of a strange exotic world the other side is...

-The Jacksonville scenes were awesome. The daycare is delightfully dilapidated, and I was pleased when she crouched in the same corner she was 26 years earlier. (bonus points for the queen of hearts card in the classroom).

-The dream sequence was pretty sweet. Although, CreepyOlive kind of made me go like .

-Everyone's acting was excellent, I believe. Angry Olivia may be an adequate rival for Old Walter.

    - I liked the inclusion of MD in this one, even though it felt pretty hectic. And Brandon is awesome, as always.

    - I absolutely love the visual design for reality stuff. The disappearing building was well done, and pretty hardcore.

-The inclusion of Newton was welcomed, but it felt somewhat "squeezed" into the whole thing, as they didn't even mention him after the photograph. I know it's most likely due to the actor not being available, but I would have liked to see more of him.

-By the way, Peter's reveal was cool, although the end wasn't as long as I would have liked. Oh well, it'll serve for wicked tension come April.

-That near kiss made my heart skip a beat. I thought I was gonna start seeing things that didn't belong here, lol. Thankfully though, things are most likely going to go downhill from here.

Maybe my Fringe box short circuited from the awesome-sauce episode, but I'm left feeling...unsettled.

Maybe it's because I know this is the last Fringe I'm gonna get in while...

Regardless, a fantastic episode. Can't wait to see what the wonderful world of Fringe has in store for us fringies next week (give or take several months )

What do you think Walter was referring to when he said "Olivia don't tell Peter?" Also, does the vision at the end imply that Olivia can now see from the other side?

I think that she lost the ability the first time because she shut it off due to fear. I think it might stay this time...but we will have to wait and see.

Wow! That was a great episode! The body morphing thing at the beginning was really creepy. I just feel that there wasn't much of a mystery going on. I knew about everything that was happening. It was still a really good episode, though!
And is it just me or did they spell "Manhattan" wrong in the beginning?
