I think it was a little too early, but I liked the scene and I really don't think it'll "ruin" anything. As for the "date" sometimes drinks really are just drinks, it would be interesting to see how it went though, with Olivia figuring it out and all.

I really wanted them to kiss... And when they didn't I felt like throwing something at the TV.

I kind of wish they did kiss and then thrown the AU wrench into the ship... at least give us something BEFORE the tension happens.

I like the scene. It's cliche that usually the lead characters become together at the ending. It will keep the viewers especially the shippers to stay tune. But I think it's interesting if they change it although still feel 'weird' coz I also like the 'waiting period' until they hook together. But I hate waiting for the next episode until April...

I actually don't think the main characters getting together in canon at the end is cliche. What IS cliche is people wanting them to get together for no better reason than "they are the leads" or "they have such great chemistry" without considering how them being in a relationship would fundamentally change the dynamic of the characters.

Consider two examples: Mulder & Scully and Ross & Rachel. Mulder and Scully were ship-teased from time to time, but if they had been paired up, it would have made things very different. When Ross & Rachel got together, it eliminated a fundamental tension of the show. After that, the writers couldn't think of anything else to write about, so they introduced the whole "we were on a break" thing, which still divides people to this day.

On the other hand, if they were to get together at the VERY end of the show, there wouldn't be any need to put relationship drama in. So there's my two cents.

Okay, you're kicked out! Hehehe I have just started warming the bench, so gimme some P&O lovin! But I'm not watching the show 'cuz I want them to get together. It just seems that it's flowing quite naturally right now and if it continues in that direction, then fabulous, IMO. If it doesn't, then I don't think they (the writers) should get caught up in MAKING them get together. Then things can get dicey and I don't want the show to suffer for it!

i think it just a funny moment for the show,it little bit funny, it like peter might want to give oli a warm and safe, but oli don't fet it cuz she was thinking how can save people, then peter said:"what"? it funny spot. i don't think the writer want to put them together.it just a funny spot. same as walter, he always act a little bit fool but it funny.
