When the Epic and Suck charts are juxtaposed in such a manner, it creates a highly accurate Fail scale.

"Killed Charlie" is certainly worthy of a huge *facepalm*, but an action cannot be added to the list; only their appropriate labels can.

Therefore, it has no place in the Fail scale.
