Has anyone noticed that Dr. Bishop has his experiments from the 1970's recorded on VHS? That was too early for VHS. In season 2 episode 16, Dr. Bishop showed the military a cellular phone they'd retrieved from the other side. Having VHS in the 1970's would seem like an anachronism to some. But consider this possibility. The storyline takes place in an alternate universe than the one in which we live.
