I've been reading around i don't get it when you all say that "A Demon's Twist Rusts." = "Don't trust Sam Weiss"?, where the logic in it? I'm simply don't getting there.

I have a theory that both the store owner and sam weiss are father and son. two people from the otherside came over and shape-shifted into them and the shapeshifters were assigned similar jobs. one as a store owner and one working in a bowling alley. im clueless as to how he became acquainted with nina sharp and why someone with his 'knowledge' works where he does... but that does hint that he maybe be from the AU and that's why he knows more than the average person from ourside (who on first impression he appears to be).

So your theory is that Sam and the typewriter store owner are both actually Shape-Shifters? Because Shifters can't stay in one form for an extended amount of time a la CharlieShift. Unless I read your theory wrong?

I had a theory that Weiss was the one who ran cortexiphan trials in the alternate universe; he might have been Bell's apprentice there--although we have no acknowledgment that there were any trials done there, so this is very bare-bones-if-at-all theory.

(stupid extension: his test subjects detested him so much that he ran away to our universe to save himself from mighty powered children.)

- Weiss - German "White" or "knowing"

- Weiss claiming he's "older than he looks, and taller..." (Olivia. In the Lab...S2.Ep17)

- The S2 Finale anagram and glyph.
The anagram on the board descrambled is "Don't trust Sam Weiss."
The glyph clue for the episode spells : "W E I S S"
So a great deal of attention was give to Sam in the finale (portending S3) by the writers/producers.
