Well, folks, here it is. After a successful six years, LOST is finally coming to a close, and it's final episode is appropriately titled "The End." You can post all of your pre-episode hype in here.

If you wish, this thread will also hold discussion for the prefinale special recap, "The Final Journey."

So, what are you guys doing to prepare for the big night? Holding any parties? Ordering food? Discuss you plans here!!!

Tonight's ABC schedule for LOST:

7/6c: "The Final Journey" will air - a 2 hour recap of Lost to build up to the season finale!
9/6c: "6.17 The End" will air - the final episode of LOST
And I'm not sure if the Jimmy Kimmel "Aloha to Lost" special will air at 11:30, when the finale ends, or at 12:00, after the 11:30 news.

We're in for a fun night everyone!

Words cannot describe how depressed I am that this is it!

And on a school night! I can't believe I have a major test tomorrow. I'm this close to saying screw it! I've been doing so well in my classes this quarter I might take tomorrow off to celebrate tonight!

It's depressing, but also exhilarating.

Yeah, a school night! I have a test tomorrow as well. But I think I can survive; I've stayed up until 1:30 AM doing homework, and I was still fine the next day.

I purposely cleared tomorrow of anything important!

So I'm getting up at half four and watching the live stream from the US on Sky!

This episode deserves a gazillion rewatches, especially the final half hour. LOST had me confused up to the remaining seconds. I still don't know what the Church was. I'm going to have to wrestle with these thoughts for a while .....

And also the last images with the airplane wreckage. I think all of them are dead, and the alternate universe is like an intermission before they "move on". This led me to think that maybe Lapidus and the crews actually didn't make it, but crashed by the beach. Though Hugo, Ben, and Desmund are still alive, so...@_@

And why didn't Ben go in the church?
