As I watched this episode again only a few days ago I can confirm it still exists out there. I spotted the voice difference (Most noticeable because she's facing the other way for that line, so it's quite weird to hear this sudden change of voice) but I didn't note it was Nina Sharps voice. It was, very likely, an editing decision because they needed to change a line and Anna was not available to do a new recording, so for that small patch job they threw in the voice of Nina who happened to be in the studio that day.
Look for Megavideo versions to hear the oddity, that was the one I saw anyway.
