Two Toomys are a problem

Apparently, Toomy was extracting enought 'serum' during each kidnapping to last him for two years. He would take the serum which would regress his physical appearance and perhaps restore his health and then he would grow old again - possibly relatively quickly.

He took a shot the serum while saying his prayer at the beginning of the show. It was necessary to be his young self to pull off the kidnapping. And he was evidently young when he visited the boy in the room and again recited his prayer. He was yet young when Olivia confronted and killed him. Perhaps in the past Toomy did not time his serum intake so well and might have become old right after the prior kidnappings - thus his victims claimed he was old.

So I noticed they've been, putting alot of tiny similarity references since walternate's reference to the universe seeking balance. Lol, since I did harp on the personna of Alfred Hoffman in "The Bishop Revival". In "Abducted", Father Marcus mentions he used to be a doctor, then his wife got sick during the Avian flu epidemic and died. So instead of a cure for the avian flu sickness he comes across a anti aging serum. In the Blue verse Walter created a machine to cross space and time to retrieve someone he beleived had found a cure for the avain flu which he said peter had. But he had died, most would find that problematic, not Walter it seems. Could this person in our universe also had found the same serum for anti ageing. If he did wonder if some on killed him for it, or maybe if using little children harvest to this elixer of life wouldnt set him back. Or maybe he just changed names took on a whole new identity maybe, Alfred Hoffman. The nazi from "The Bishop Revival". Wonder what Dr. Penrose would say to Dr Marcus using his anti ageing serum against copyright laws. I father marcus would be ok he used children not women Well there you go just at thought. I'll take any shot I can at Hoffman he hasn't set right with me since I started this whole adventure. Hopefully Penrose suffered the same fate as the good father markus. One more question tho, what with the mark on toomee's head, the spiral horn I'm sure its something to do with the fibannci sequence. Not to mention the sprint-now typewiter clue the person sitting in the red verse asks Bolivia do they now about the significane of the sequence. I guess we shall see. Ah when Universe's collide.
